Englschalking: Obermaischer Kolonie

The Obermaischer Kolonie is a small historic settlement with modest houses, gardens and an intimate street pattern. Its cohesive scale preserves a strong sense of community and older suburban Munich. Shared open spaces support play, informal encounters and short everyday routes, giving the ensemble a stronger neighborhood function than its architectural repetition might suggest.
