Fideliopark is a planned high-rise residential district with generous lawns, pedestrian paths and strong local infrastructure. Its modernist layout creates a spacious atmosphere, while mature greenery softens the scale of the buildings. The separation of traffic, housing and green space reveals the planning ideals of the post-war period, but mature vegetation has made the ensemble feel more settled and less schematic over time. Mature trees and adapted everyday uses now soften the repetition of the original building types, adding variety and a stronger sense of lived-in continuity.
