Zeilsheim-Ost

Zeilsheim-Ost forms the built connection between Zeilsheim, Unterliederbach and Höchst. Residential estates, schools and local services are arranged along the main approach roads, with fewer historic buildings than in the southern centre. The protected Zeilsheim workers' colony is an important architectural reference, with brick houses and garden plots linked to the former Höchst works. The district combines everyday suburban housing with strong historical ties to western Frankfurt's industrial development.
